1. Who we are

These terms govern all purchases made through nullbiolab.com, operated by Null Bio Lab UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered in Germany ("Null Bio Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you enter into a contract with Null Bio Lab UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

2. Research use only

All products sold by Null Bio Lab are laboratory reagents intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research use by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, and no claims to the contrary are made or implied anywhere on this site.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher acquiring these products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes, and that you will not use, or allow any third party to use, these products for human or veterinary consumption.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, and possessing these products is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering.

4. Product information and testing status

Product specifications, purity data, and certificates of analysis (COAs), where available, are published on individual product pages. Some products listed on this site are still undergoing internal testing and are marked accordingly; these are not available for purchase until testing is complete and a status change is reflected on the site.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current, but specifications may change as testing and sourcing evolve. We do not guarantee that any product is fit for a particular research application.

5. Orders and payment

Orders placed through the checkout process are pre-order requests. We confirm final pricing and availability by email following submission. Payment is currently accepted by cryptocurrency transfer to the address provided at checkout; an order is considered confirmed once we have verified receipt of payment on-chain.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network. Null Bio Lab cannot reverse, recover, or refund cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address or network.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped from within the European Union using appropriate packaging and, where required, cold-chain handling. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for complying with any import, customs, or other regulations applicable in your country of delivery.

7. Cancellations and returns

Given the nature of these products, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and fulfilment has begun. Returns are only accepted where a product is confirmed to be materially defective or does not match its published specification, at our sole discretion, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are supplied "as is" for research purposes, with no warranty of fitness for any particular application beyond the specifications published at the time of sale. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Null Bio Lab's liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Null Bio Lab is not liable for any use of a product that does not comply with these terms, including any use outside of legitimate laboratory research, or any use by a person who is not a qualified researcher.

9. Age and researcher verification

By confirming the checkbox presented before entering this site, you make a binding representation that you are at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher acting for legitimate research purposes. We reserve the right to request evidence of your research affiliation and to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this representation to be false.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or placement of an order after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
